The Rise of Generative AI at JPMorgan Chase

JPMorgan Chase, the largest U.S. bank by assets, has recently introduced a generative artificial intelligence assistant, known as the LLM Suite, to more than 60,000 of its employees. This initiative marks the beginning of a larger plan to incorporate generative AI technology across the entire organization. Unlike developing its own AI models, JPMorgan opted to
